| This commemorative magazine was created by an eclectic international group of fans as a gift for Walter Koenig on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Chekov’s first appearance on our television screens: September 15, 2007. The text contained within these pages has not been edited. Each fan’s own words reflect on what the character of Chekov–and Walter’s portrayal of him–has meant to them. Some of their thoughts are scholarly, some of them humorous, and some of them are outright heartwarming. They are all genuine. This 124 page, full color magazine was a labor of love for everyone who participated in its creation–and many more wanted to but could not due to time constraints. Join us as we reflect on a forty year journey with Pavel A. Chekov... and as we thank Walter Koenig for the trip. |

| Star Trek New Voyages: "To Serve All My Days" "To Serve All My Days: A Night in 1969" The Internet release of "To Serve All My Days: A Night In 1969" is now available to fans at www.startreknewvoyages.com/episode_tsamd.html Although missing the 1960’s period commercials seen at the live premiere in Beverly Hills, California, the episode is packed with new special visual effects by Daren Dochterman, Max Rem, and Doug Drexler. To avoid any unnecessary (and unwarranted) complaints that the episode was financially supported in some way by the 1960’s and 1970’s era commercials, they were removed prior to the Internet release. However, there is still the original series soundtrack and the special surprise joke at the very end. Click on the above link and enjoy! "It’s new level of sophistication for home-made Trek sent ripples through the fan film community." read the review by John Tenuto at Trek Movie.com The previous version of the episode and two trailers are also currently available for free download. For those who can't download the trailers or episode, see them here: Trailer #1 , Trailer #2, Episodes, blooper reel (no spoilers involved folks!) and a rather strange Chekov parody here |

Bluewater will also be repackaging Walter's first foray into comics; a three-issue series called Raver. The comic books, originally published in the early 1990's at Malibu Comics, will have an added story by Walter to comprise a four-issue mini-series, with new covers done by Gregg Paulsen, will also be collected into a graphic novel and should hit comic book stores and online outlets in 2011. Raver follows the trials of a reality-bending hero whose psychotic episodes create a nightmare world with real villains and victims. And Norman Walters (Raver) moves from one twisted reality to the next trying to return to his original safe and stable existence. |

| "From the mind of Walter Koenig comes Buck Alice and the Actor-Robot - a science-fiction comedy unlike anything you've ever heard before! When an alien invasion annihilates most of humanity, it's up to a small pocket of survivors to restart civilization. There's just one problem: they're all losers. From an Irish pub to the Florida Everglades, from the outermost reaches of space to the innermost regions of the mind, join a rag-tag group of humans and aliens as they face the end of one way of life and the beginning of another. Packed with absurdity, pathos, wry observations about human nature, and a story that will keep you on your toes until the final word..." Now Available in a BRAND NEW PAPERBACK EDITION and a NEW AUDIO DRAMA !!! The new paperback is published by Permuted Press, and the audio drama produced by the Colonial Radio Theatre with a cast of 45, a full music score, and thousands of sound effects. In a story that critics say “Sparkles with sophisticated wit and intelligence”, and “Will make you want to cry even as you laugh”, Koenig’s satiric-fantasy spins a wry and insightful look at human behavior after an alien invasion leaves the fate of the human race on the shoulders of a group of society’s “losers”. “This is a story like no other. The best way to describe it is to imagine Douglas Adams on LSD!… This is a story that is humorous, touching, bizarre and at all times gripping.” - John R. Roach “If you like the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy or Monty Python, this persentation is right up your alley. This black comedy of people trying to restart the Earth's civilization after anninilation is slightly adult fare for those with warped imaginations. It is funny stuff!” - Bennet Pomerantz, AUDIOWORLD “…one of my favorite books of all time…Are our heroes really to be so respected? Are their motivations any different than those of a lunatic? And, worse, *gulp*, could our villains actually be right? Buck Alice and the Actor-Robot makes me wonder that. If you're a fan of the post-apocalyptic genre, I recommend this book as your primer. It should go on your mantelpiece.” - Travis Adkins |
